We provide leading school improvement and professional development services, based on our internationally-recognised research and guidance. We use our research, expertise and training to help schools make the very best use of their teaching assistants.
We run courses for school leaders, teachers and (of course) TAs to help ensure TAs thrive in their role and improve outcomes for pupils. We are an 'outward-facing' group and often talk about our work at national conferences and events.
