TA Reviewer training

A TA Deployment Review is a great starting point for schools wanting to develop a whole school strategy to improve the impact of teaching assistants.

Reviews are commissioned by schools to help leadership teams obtain a fresh perspective on deployment and practice. Reviews follow the six-step process (above) set out in the Teaching Assistant Deployment Review Guide.

This half day course will equip you with the essential knowledge to successfully lead schools through a Review. It will explore the key research on TA deployment and impact, and provide guidance on making practical recommendations to schools.

This course is open to school leaders, SENCOs and consultants with experience of advising leadership teams on change processes and school improvement.
