I am an Advisory Teacher, providing support to Birmingham schools and settings to raise achievement, promote inclusion and increase access to learning. I lead, develop and enhance teaching practice by facilitating, organising and delivering training. My work has a particular focus on pupils with cognition and learning difficulties, and EAL. I am the Service lead for Teaching Assistants, and I am responsible for their professional development opportunities.
