I am the Head Teacher at St. John’s CE Primary School in Radcliffe, which is located just outside of Manchester. I am a SLE and am qualified in delivering Maximising the Practice of TAs training for school staff.
I believe the development and management of people is central to school improvement and feel confident delivering training to a range of professionals to support leadership teams in school improvement. I have worked with LAs and our Teaching School to deliver a range of training including Phonics, NQT Programmes, OTP and ITP training.
As a Head Teacher I fully understand the difficulties facing schools with regards to the effective deployment of TAs and believe in working closely with all colleagues to deliver the most effective outcomes.
My qualifications are B.Ed Hons, Specialist Leader in Education and NPQH.
I am available to deliver the Maximising the Practice of TAs training in north-west England.
