I have worked in Education for 15 years and have held a number of senior roles within schools and local authorities, including Assistant Headteacher, Director of Inclusion, SENCO, Behaviour and Attendance Consultant, lead practitioner for SEAL and Achievement Coach.
I currently provide SEND consultancy and coaching for secondary schools and alternative providers in the West Midlands, and also deliver training for a number of organisations including the Anti-Bullying Alliance and Keynote Education.
