Jacky Wragg - Consultant, Watchgrowth Limited
Location: South-east England
I have a Masters degree in SEN Leadership and I am a Super SENCo for Essex local authority. I have many years of experience working with children with special educational needs, and in the last five years have been involved in several projects aimed at improving outcomes for these pupils.
I have developed particular expertise in working with schools to improve the strategic leadership of SEN and action research, particularly the practise of teaching assistants. This has involved working with SENCos, training staff and TAs and the peer review process.
I am available to deliver the Maximising the Practice of TAs training across South-east England.
