Paula Bosanquet - MPTA Lead & Senior Teaching Fellow, UCL Institute of Education

Location: UK wide

I lead on our Maximising the Practice of Teaching Assistants (MPTA) professional development strand, having researched and carried out extensive training and development work with schools, school clusters and local authorities in this area.

Recent writing includes the book The Teaching Assistant's Guide to Effective Interaction and research papers, which can be downloaded here.

I have taught and led on PGCE and Masters level programmes, and before my extensive experience in Higher Education and training I worked as a primary school teacher for 12 years in London schools.

I am available to deliver the Maximising the Practice of TAs training across the UK.
