Sandra Miller - Consultant Headteacher, Aspire Coaching Consultancy Ltd
Location: London, South-east England, Southern England
I work as a Headteacher Consultant supporting leadership capacity in schools. I have a vast amount of school leadership experience across a number of local authorities; almost 30 years, including a headship for ten years.
I have supported and led school improvement strategies, devised and led training programmes for teachers, support staff and governors.
There has been a continual focus on improving the quality of teaching and learning within my schools. The provision for learners with SEND and the effective deployment of additional adults are elements I have focused on and developed effectively over many years.
I am available to deliver the Maximising the Practice of TAs training in London and across the South and South-east England.
