Sarah Oliver Browning - Asst Head of School & Director of Inclusion, GEMS Cambridge International Abu Dhabi
Location: UAE & MENA regions
I work as an Assistant Headteacher of a large international British Curriculum school in United Arab Emirates.
I previously worked as Foundation Stage Lead and SENCO of a small semi-rural primary school in Wales. I have 27 years of experience working in schools. I have a vast amount of school leadership experience including the last seven years in an international capacity.
I have supported and led school improvement strategies, devised and led training programmes for teachers, support staff and governors.
There has been a continual focus on improving the quality of provision for students with additional needs within my schools. The provision for learners with SEND and the effective deployment of additional adults are elements I have focused on and developed over many years.
I am available to deliver the Maximising the Practice of TAs training in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain and the rest of the Middle East.
