Theresa Watts - School Workforce Development Advisor, London Borough of Enfield
Location: UK wide
I have worked in education for 15 years and have held a number of different roles within schools, higher education colleges, and presently at Enfield Local Authority in the Schools Standards and Support Team. I currently plan and manage the continuing professional development programme for TAs and support staff, and SEND, plus the NQT programme for secondary schools.
I have worked closely with TAs for many years and I have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the role, which enables me to have a positive impact on their practice and help break down the barriers to effective TA deployment and practice.
I am available to deliver the Maximising the Practice of TAs training across the UK.
