Head of Training and Development, Cass School of Education and Communities, University of East London
I plan and manage professional development programmes and development projects with schools, school clusters and local authorities. I lead on our Maximising the Practice of Teaching Assistants (MPTA) work, having researched and carried out extensive training and development work in the area of teaching assistant practice.

I have taught and led on PGCE and Masters level programmes, and before my extensive experience in Higher Education and training I worked as a primary school teacher for 12 years in London schools.
