Teaching Assistant Deployment Review Guide
We wrote the Teaching Assistant Deployment Review Guide to help schools evaluate their current practices and processes against the best available research evidence. The framework has been designed to support school leaders to identify areas of strength and areas for improvement in their settings. The self-evaluation framework can also be used as part of a process of school-to-school support.
The TA Review Guide is based on the SEND Review Guide framework, which has been used by schools, clusters and local authorities nationwide.
