LSAs in Further Education

The MITA team contributed to guidance for leaders and managers in the further education (FE) and training sector, which aims to support evidence-informed decisions about how best to design the Learning Support Assistant (LSA) role, and how to deploy and support LSAs to improve learner outcomes across their organisation, setting and contexts. The report was developed by The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) in partnership with the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF).
