This model is centred around our MPTA Training for all TAs but provides a useful and flexible framework to equip Leaders in advance with an understanding of the research, principles, and an action-plan for its use, while also supporting teachers in defining their roles and contribution to TA's impact, with models of how this can be implemented into practice.
Focused content is normally tailored in advance to the needs of the Trust or Federation, and can link to a wider review of how TAs are currently utilised. We normally provide delivery in person for the INSET day itself, with virtual options for Leadership training and webinars for teachers that can be accessed across the term or academic year, throughout the Trust.
