MITA is typically organised by a host school and delivered locally, allowing multiple schools to come together during the sessions to share practice. Individual schools can contact us for a bespoke programme of support.

School will receive two places for Leaders in each session, access to resources, training and review materials, and a copy of the Maximising the Impact of Teaching Assistants handbook (phase specific).

MITA can be delivered across full day sessions or linked to deployment visits for each school. Additional sessions and schools visits can be commissioned to support school leaders in review, staff training and evaluation.

Larger host organisations, such as local authorities, multi-academy trusts, federations and teaching school alliances can contact us to discuss cost and a personalised programme of support.

MITA Core training (3 half-day sessions) is priced at £2095 +VAT for up to three schools, and then £675 for each additional school.

Depending on location reasonable travel and accommodation costs may be agreed on commissioning. Bespoke costings can be arranged for delivery outside the UK.

MITA schools can commission a TA Review and access our MPTA CPD for TAs and teachers.
